Annual Strategic Goals
Year 1 (by June 30, 2025)
- Dean’s Advisory Council: Established to guide community engagement, relationships, philanthropy, and strategic operations.
- Outreach Priorities: Priorities for intentional outreach established.
- Support for Engagement: Support and incentives for faculty and student engagement in community service and partnership development established.
Year 3 (by June 30, 2027)
- Community Engagement: Outreach events and programs enhanced and expanded.
- Public Relations: Public relations plan and public education initiatives launched.
- Brand Identity: Faculty and brand identity enhanced, with increased affinity and funding from alumni and donors.
- Advocacy Strategies: Developed and implemented strategies for advocacy to improve public perception and policy.
Year 5 (by June 30, 2029)
- Community Recognition: Meaningful engagement, impact, and recognition within our communities through service, partnerships, and relationships.
