Sponsored International Applicants
Sponsored students are international students whose studies are fully or partially funded by their governments, companies or third-party entities. This funding may support students with tuition, fees and living expenses.
University of Alberta International (UAI) administers all international graduate student scholarship agreements through the Sponsored Student Program.
International Cooperation Agreements
International Cooperation Agreements are administered by two areas of the university.
Proposals and contracts for international development projects beyond the Graduate Student Scholarship Agreements are administered by the International Service Centre.
General academic and training agreements are administered by the Office of International Relations.
