New Chatbot Vera

Coming May 13th, IST will be replacing our chatbot. We invite you to tryout, Vera, our new chat experience!

Our new chatbot will be available on every page of the IST website. Once live, all you need to do is click on the chat icon on the bottom right corner of any IST website page to gain instant access to all our self serve knowledge or to speak to a live assistant.

Our chatbot has access to all of our website content and can connect you to our IST knowledge base.

We encourage you to try Vera out and fill out your feedback when you exit the conversation to let us know how the experience went!

As we grow Vera over the next year we plan to grow our functionality as well. We’ll keep you updated as we grow our self serve capabilities to help serve the University community.
