Contact Your Education Advisors
Education Students can now access your Education Undergraduate Advisors using the Student Service Portal! There you can easily navigate the information and services you need, update and track your requests and receive notifications when a response to your inquiry is ready for review.
Student Advisors provide the following services:
- Process admission and readmission applications to all undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Education
- Assess transfer credit
- Program advising
- Process Registration Checks
- Process Graduation Checks

Important Note
In order to keep up with the high volume of student requests in January, Virtual Advising appointments will be unavailable from January 6th to January 17th. However, Student Advisors will be available in-person to provide students with answers to general questions in the ESS Office located in 1-107 Education North during the following office hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Please note that beginning January 20th, we will resume regular office hours. Virtual Advising and Drop-in Advising will resume on our regular schedule which is outlined below.

Current undergraduate students can contact a Student Advisor through the Student Service Portal. We also offer virtual advising appointments.
Education ESS Advising Appointment Form
You will receive two email reminders - 24 hours and 2 hours - prior to your scheduled appointment. Please check your email for the Google Meet link within 10 minutes of the meeting start time.
Please note that all appointment times are in Mountain Standard Time.

Drop-in Advising
Student Advisors at the Education Student Services (ESS) office are available to meet with current undergraduate students in person on a drop-in basis for program advising, according to the following schedule: Tuesdays 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Wednesdays 1:00 - 3:00 PM. Please note that the ESS office has moved back to its permanent location in 1-107 Education North.
An appointment is not required. Please visit https://22456.waitwell.ca/ to join the queue during drop-in advising hours.

Fun Fact: Adrian is originally from Tkaronto (Toronto) and attended the UofA to complete a Masters of Education. He is a sucker for rooting for the Toronto Raptors and Blue Jays, and thoroughly enjoys bike rides and dog walks.
