Contact Your Education Advisors
Education Students can now access your Education Undergraduate Advisors using the Student Service Portal! There you can easily navigate the information and services you need, update and track your requests and receive notifications when a response to your inquiry is ready for review.
Student Advisors provide the following services:
- Process admission and readmission applications to all undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Education
- Assess transfer credit
- Program advising
- Process Registration Checks
- Process Graduation Checks

Current Education Students
New Education Students (Admitted for Fall 2025): For course planning and registration guidance, new Education students can attend the Education Registration 101 workshops.
Current Education Students: In order to keep up with the high volume of student requests as registration opens, one-on-one Virtual Advising and Drop-in Advising appointments will be unavailable for the month of March. However, Education Student Services will be offering drop-in Group Advising sessions with Student Advisors on hand to answer any registration or program planning questions. There will be in-person and virtual sessions available as outlined below:
In-person:
- March 11 - 11:00 am-11:50 pm (ED155 A/ED 155 B)
- March 11 - 1:00 pm-1:50pm (ED155 A/ED 155 B)
- March 12 - 12:30 pm-1:50 pm (ED155 B)
- March 18 - 11:00 am-11:50 pm (ED155 A/ED 155 B)
- March 18 - 1:00 pm-1:50 pm (ED155 A/ED 155 B)
- March 19 - 12:30 pm-1:50 pm (ED155 B)

**Students will register for the in-person sessions on a first come, first served basis when they arrive
Virtual:
- March 13 - 4:00 pm-5:00 pm
- March 20 - 4:00 pm-5:00 pm
- March 27 - 4:00 pm-5:00 pm

Please note that beginning April 1st, we will resume regular office hours. Virtual Advising and Drop-in Advising will resume on our regular schedule which will be posted.

Fun Fact: Adrian is originally from Tkaronto (Toronto) and attended the UofA to complete a Masters of Education. He is a sucker for rooting for the Toronto Raptors and Blue Jays, and thoroughly enjoys bike rides and dog walks.
