Services

Parking: Windsor Parkade is the closest to the event and will cost $5.50 for the day. (Lot E is not recommended as parking rates are significantly higher.)

First Aid: Provided by St. John Ambulance Responders.

Lost Child Service & Lost and Found: See Check in / Info Desk.

Stroller Parking: The west side of CCIS (underneath the planets display) will have an area to park strollers. Please be advised that this is an unmonitored area.

Coat Check (unmonitored): Located in CCIS L1-160.

Elevator & Wheelchair Access: Elevators are found on the east and west side of CCIS.

Check in / Info Desk: For general questions, administrative volunteers will be at clearly marked info desks located at building entrances.

Helpers: Volunteers will be placed throughout the building to help direct you to washrooms, lecture halls, and demonstrations.

Food Options: 

For food options, Starbucks in Cameron Library just off of the Central Academic Building (CAB) will be open. Tim Hortons and Panda Express in CAB will be open as well. There are also a few restaurants (e.g. Subway, Edo Japan, etc) located in the Students' Union Building (SUB), which is a short 3-4 minute walk south of CCIS. Volunteers will be happy to direct you.
