October 1: Exchange Application Deadline

October 1* is the deadline to apply for an outbound Exchange Program during the Winter 2026 academic semester through the Alberta School of Business International Programs Office. Students interested in a potential exchange for Winter 2026 should contact the Exchange Coordinator and get started on the process right away to ensure applications are completed by this date.

*NOTE: timelines for certain partner destinations might be earlier than our our general application deadline of Oct 1. Spots are also limited and some destinations might close early. Please consult the Exchange Coordinator as soon as possible to clarify the availability and specific deadline for your destination of interest.

The application period for ASB exchanges during the 2026/2027 academic year (including Spring/Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and/or Winter 2027 programs) will open up on November 1, 2025.
