Our office (2-20 BUS) is currently open for in-person inquiries from current BCom students:

Current students can book a virtual or in-person advising session with one of our Academic Program Advisors. New appointment time slots are released every Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.

STUDENT SERVICE PORTAL
A new way to get support!
The way you connect with the Business Undergraduate Office has changed. Instead of emailing ugradbus@ualberta.ca, access the Student Service Portal to help you find what you need when you need it.
This tool connects you with the right people to help you address questions or support your requests. Please be advised the link to the service portal will be available beginning July 29.
How to connect through the Student Service Portal: A step-by-step guide
- Go to the U of A Service Portal.
- Click on "Login" in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on "Sign in with CCID."
- Enter your CCID and password. Click "Login."
- Use the search bar to find articles written by staff members related to your question or request.
- Click the "Submit a General Inquiry" button if you do not find an article that provides the answers you are looking for. This will redirect you to a form.
- Select the option "Student General Enquiry" from the drop-down menu for the question "What kind of support are you looking for?" at the top of the form.
- Fill in the form, putting a title for your inquiry in response to the question “What do you need help with?” and include a detailed description of your question or request in the space provided.
- Tag your inquiry by selecting the relevant options related to your inquiry. This will help ensure your inquiry is routed directly to a U of A staff member who is an expert in the subject area related to your question.
- Submit your inquiry by clicking the "Submit" button near the bottom-right corner of the screen when you have completed the form.
- Go to the U of A Service Portal.
- Click on "Sign up" in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Enter the information requested and click on "Register."
