Certificate deadlines

The following certificate deadlines are determined by your expected convocation date. Note that if the deadlines fall on a weekend, they will be moved to the Friday before the weekend.

March convocation:

• Please check back in late June 2025 for these deadlines

Spring convocation:

• Submit your project proposal: January 31st in your final year
• Complete your project: March 15th in your final year
• Present your project: April 30th in your final year
• Complete your sustainability lectures: April 30th in your final year (students who enrolled after July 1, 2022 only)

Fall convocation:

• Submit your project proposal: June 30th in your final year
• Complete your project: September 30th in your final year
• Present your project: October 14th in your final year
• Complete your sustainability lectures: October 14th in your final year (students who enrolled after July 1, 2022 only)
