Certificate deadlines

The following certificate deadlines are determined by your expected convocation date. Note that if the deadlines fall on a weekend, they will be moved to the Friday before the weekend.

Fall convocation (November):

• Submit the first draft of your project proposal to your advisor: June 30th in your final year
• Submit your completed project output(s) to your advisor for review: September 30th in your final year
• Present your project: October 14th in your final year
• Complete your sustainability lectures: October 14th in your final year*

Winter convocation (March):

• Submit the first draft of your project proposal to your advisor: September 30th in your final term of classes
• Submit your completed project output(s) to your advisor for review: November 15th in your final term of classes
• Present your project: January 31st in the year you graduate
• Complete your sustainability lectures: January 31st in the year you graduate*

Spring convocation (June):

• Submit the first draft of your project proposal to your advisor: January 31st in your final year
• Submit your completed project output(s) to your advisor for review: March 15th in your final year
• Present your project: April 30th in your final year
• Complete your sustainability lectures: April 30th in your final year*

*The sustainability lecture requirement is only for students who enrolled after July 1, 2022.
