  1. Email us at advisor.science@ualberta.ca

Prospective students are students who are not yet enrolled in the Faculty of Science. Even if you have been offered admission but have not started classes yet, you are still considered a prospective student.

For assistance, email science.recruiting@ualberta.ca or book an advising appointment here.

For admission inquiries, submit a ticket through the Student Service Centre portal. (link to https://www.ualberta.ca/en/services/student-service-centre/index.html)

While our advisors are not available for appointments, you are welcome to visit us in Science Student Services and speak with a team member at the counter for general information and support.

Do you have a form to complete? Have questions about tuition or other general UofA inquiries? Please submit a ticket to the Student Services Centre located in the Administration Building for assistance.

Preparing for your appointment

Booking your appointment with our advisors is an easy process. If for some reason you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours. This allows us to free up that time spot for another student who may be waiting. Our advising posts fill quickly so please be mindful of your advisor’s time, and your fellow classmates who may be waiting for a spot to open.

Your appointment can be canceled directly from our booking system. You can send us a message if you are running late.

Before meeting with your advisor, review your record so you have a sense of where you are in your program, and write down your questions so that you are prepared.

Join the virtual que or book an appointment.
