Congratulations to Jennifer Jennings and Trish Reay! Their papers, Gender Gaps in Perceived Start-up Ease: Implications of Sex-based Labor Market Segregation for Entrepreneurship across 22 European Countries and Maintaining Places of Social Inclusion: Ebola and the Emergency Department respectively, were recently included in the Responsible Research in Business and Management Honor Roll.

Jake Kim, Yegor Muzechka, Hania Belal and Sarah Nguyen made the finals at the NHH International Case Competition hosted by the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, Norway. Well done!

Nahid Shaikh, Christopher Otto, Lurdpipat Amatawaet, and Kin Lo finished first at the MBAA Fall International Case Competition. Way to go!

ALUMNI News

Congratulations to Jackie Rowan (Simon), ’00 BCom, ’05 BEd and Anna Wray (Schnell), ’02 BCom on being inducted into the U of A Sports Wall of Fame at the 2022 Alumni Awards! Jackie is one of the most celebrated players in the history of Canadian women’s basketball and the Pandas all-time leading scorer. Anna helped lead the Pandas Rugby Team to three national titles as team MVP, Canada West All-Star, CIAU All-Canadian and Academic All-Canadian and was named Rugby Canada’s women’s coach of the year in 2016.
