Student Success

First-year Alberta School of Business master of accounting student Chase Soosay is the winner of MacEwan University’s President’s Medal, one of MacEwan University’s most prestigious student awards. The award honours an exceptional graduating student — someone with great grades who works to make their community a better place.

Three alumni are among the Innovate Edmonton 2021 Innovation Growth Council Members. These are members of the community who will be ambassadors and champions for innovation in all its forms in yeg.

Bachelor of commerce student and CEO of Talkmaze Ghalia Aamer will serve as the student representative on the council.
