Background

With the expiration of the 2017-22 Strategic Plan, the Faculty Office set out to create a new plan to guide the Faculty’s high-level direction for the following five years. In 2023 and 2024, the Arts Strategic Planning Committee and its executive team (Dean, Vice-Deans, and Faculty General Manager), engaged in extensive consultation with the Faculty’s staff and students that culminated in the creation of the Faculty’s Strategic Directions for 2024-2030. Arts Faculty Council recommended the Dean’s approval of the document on October 10, 2024.
