UAlberta Residence


IVSP students have options for both 8-month and 4-month contracts in several residence buildings on campus. Wake up and walk to class, live with roommates from other countries, participate in residence events, and experience all that university life has to offer!

HUB Mall Residence offers a unique living experience at the heart of campus, where students can live above restaurants, shops, and other services. Residents enjoy the convenience of walking to classes while having easy access to a vibrant social atmosphere. Nîpisîy House

Nîpisîy House reflects the values of community, leadership, and empowerment. Located on campus, it fosters a close-knit environment where students are encouraged to engage with each other and make meaningful connections. The residence is inspired by Nipsey Hussle's legacy of giving back and personal growth, with residents being actively involved in campus life through events and collaborations, all while being a short walk away from classes and other campus amenities.

International House (IHouse) is a multicultural living environment designed for students who want to immerse themselves in a global community. Offering shared living spaces, IHouse brings together students from diverse cultural backgrounds, encouraging intercultural exchange and building lasting friendships.
