Vincent Agyapong, Department of Psychiatry, is an ASTech award finalist in the outstanding achievements in science and technology category. The winners will be named at a formal event in November.
Carla Prado, Alberta Diabetes Institute and Cancer Research Institute of Northern Alberta (CRINA) member, was named one of Canada's Top 40 under 40.
Glen Jickling, Department of Medicine and Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute (NMHI) member, is one of two inaugural recipients of the University of Alberta Killam Accelerator Research Award.
Kim Kelly, Department of Family Medicine, is the recipient of the Canadian Women in Medicine (CWIM) Inspiring Woman Physician award.
