Faculty or Unit Specific Workshop
CTL facilitates faculty and unit specific workshops in support of their professional development of teaching goals. While we endeavor to be responsive to urgent or timely requests, we are limited in time and capacity. Therefore we ask that:
- faculty or unit specific workshop requests are made a minimum of 20 working days in advance of the workshop;
- CTL has the opportunity to meet with the faculty or unit representative to discuss the purpose, needs, and expectations for the workshop. We want you to have the best possible outcome for you and your colleagues. For example, a member of the team might ask:
- what are the goals of this workshop?
- how does this workshop fit within the professional development of teaching goals of the unit?
- what are the expectations of the faculty or unit as well as the participants in the workshop?
- a minimum of 15 participants in the workshop;
- sessions not be recorded without prior consent and approval of the CTL Team Member.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact ctl@ualberta.ca.
If your faculty or unit can fulfill the above criteria, proceed with filling out this Google Form.
