How to Request Official University of Alberta Transcripts
Due to the Canada Post strike, we are unable to mail hardcopy documents (including transcripts, verifications of degree or enrolment). This also impacts any ExpressPost requests. Transcripts, verifications of enrolment or degrees can still be requested to be sent electronically via MyCreds. Any requests for hardcopy documents will be held and processed after the strike has ended.
Canada Post is currently on a rotating strike. Requests for hardcopy documents to be sent through regular mail will continue to be processed; however, delays in delivery are to be expected. If your request is of an urgent matter we recommend sending it electronically via MyCreds.
