Timeline for Fall 2025 Applicants
Please note: All deadlines are effective as of 11:59 p.m. MST on the dates indicated.
The following faculties follow different deadlines than outlined below. Please review these links for the deadline to accept your admission offer for Fall 2025. For more details, see the University Calendar.

| January 10, 2025 | Entrance Award Application Deadline |
| February 19, 2025 | Eligible students can submit new final high school marks from first semester in application |
| February 14, 2025 | Deadline to submit Program Change Request form |
| March 1, 2025 | Deadline to submit application for admission for most programs |

Deadline to accept admission offer for Fall 2025 Juris Doctor (Law) program. The deposit is CAN $1000 which is applied to tuition upon the start of classes in September |
| March and April 2025 | Attend a Registration 101 workshop |
| April 2025 | Class schedule released in Bear Tracks for planning purposes |
| April 30, 2025 | Deadline to self-report final high school marks in application |
| April 30, 2025* | Deadline for new students to apply to North Campus residences for a guaranteed spot. *Applications may still be considered after this date. |
| April 2025 | Registration for Courses for Fall 2025 opens |

Deadline to accept admission offers made before April 1. However, admission evaluations are done on a rolling basis. Your offer acceptance deadline can be found on your Launchpad. |

Deadline for post-secondary applicants to submit final transcripts and other requirements |
| July 2025 |
Attend a Student Loan Workshop |
| August 1, 2025 | Deadline to submit outstanding documents for high school students. For Alberta applicants, high school transcripts are automatically obtained on your behalf and are typically received by the Office of the Registrar in early August. |
