What led you to your current role?

I was interested in helping students and faculty navigate the academic discipline process. It can be confusing and for many, this is the first time they have worked through the process. It is very rewarding helping students and faculty work through the process and providing the support they need.

How do you and your team come up with your best ideas?

Brainstorming and networking! It has been wonderful to work with the team to problem-solve issues and implement new ideas.

If you were presenting at the U of A, what academic integrity and/or discipline topic would you choose to discuss?

I would present on ChatGPT and artificial intelligence as it relates to academic integrity. This area is rapidly evolving and I find it fascinating how we are going to navigate and integrate this technology with our educational systems.

If you were enrolling in one course, program or degree within the College of Health Sciences right now, what would it be?

I would enrol in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. I would love to specialize in fertility medicine and help people achieve their version of a family.
