About the Show:

Featuring the work of the 2024 Bachelor of Fine Arts: Art and Design graduates, Ground Level reflects upon the path travelled and the chapters that await.

Ground Level showcases the work of 17 artists who have dedicated themselves to learning and creating at the University of Alberta. This exhibition is a celebration of growth, commitment and communities fostered. While there has been significant transformation and growth in these years together, this is only the start of a lifelong adventure into the unknown. Here, students have planted their strongest roots and the foundations that will carry them forward as artists.

Join us to celebrate the closing of this chapter and the opening of new ones. If this is ground level, it is only up from here.

Exhibiting Artists:

Abbie Griesbrecht; Addison Primeau; Alyssa Lao-An; Carole Beggs; Chloe Friesen; Evan Robinson; Gracie Safranovich; Hana Matsuzaki; James Lee; Jesse Bishop; Kaitlyn Konkin; Kelsey Robinson; Leila Zolfalipour; Madison Melley; Naeun Yim; Rebecca Podloski; Sacorra Horton
